1)愿景
脚好,腿好,身体好

2)目的
锻炼身体,保卫自己

3)目标
减重10磅,半年后体重保持在145磅以下

4)具体计划
--每周末一次长hiking (15km to 20km)
--每周末一次短city hiking (10km)
--周一至周五晚 半小时 stationary biking 或 walking
