估计那些人自己就是经纪,不然3-4年就卖不亏死了

也不全是JJ,就拿college parkI来说吧,三年前当时的楼花价格是400元每平尺,600平尺的一室售价在25、6万左右,现在closing了拿出来卖了,售价在35、6万甚至更多(朝向楼层);即使不是JJ,买卖也是赚了很多
