准备回流.刚买了一年的房子,舍不得卖掉.打算出租.但是担心自己的房屋被租客用来种大麻,做坏事什么的?请问大家都是怎么出租的啊?如果出了这样的事情,会影响到自己的记录吗?
直接就给你卖了,没听说过吗?房客卖掉房子的事不是时有发生么.
