I relinquish any right on the guiding device for vision impaired which published by this fiction. The idea belongs to public domain. I will not apply for any patent for any of the following technique.
1. Vision system. Alarm potential dangers for vision impaired. Identify and alarm signs including traffic signs and traffic lights.
2. Guiding system. The application of Global positioning system(GPS) and / or local positioning system on the guiding device for vision impaired
3. Infrared system. The application of infrared to detect obstacle for vision impaired.
4. Ultrasonic system. The application of the ultrasonic to detect obstacle for vision impaired.
5. Communication system. Use sound, voice and other methods to communicate personally with vision impaired.
