同意这个说法. 严重时借助腰带, 最终还要靠加强自身的肌肉力量. 我的医生说那种放在椅子上的那种保健电子, 不能依赖它!

以前国内的医生说用腰带,不过这边的医生不太主张,说这样肌肉容易变懒惰了。
