My tank, a rental, was broken on Christmas eve. For lord's sake everything was up and running the next day, thanks to direct energy's prompt replacement service. Two service people came within the designated time frame and installed a brand new one. They had everything cleared up before they left. I have to say I am very impressed on this.
I am aware that BYO might save yourself on equipment cost in the long run, however I still choose to go with rental, as a peace of mind means more to me.
