默认 清淡的调料保留了虾的本味

材料:虾、姜片、葱段

调味料:盐、料酒、花椒粒、胡椒粒少许、鸡精少许


做法:

1、虾洗净沥干,姜葱洗净切好备用

2、水加盐、料酒、花椒胡椒粒、姜片、葱段煮开,放入虾烫至熟,捞出沥干装盘

3、锅中原汤滤去残渣,凉后加入鸡精调味,淋入适量汤汁在虾上。




最后可以撒上葱花
鸡精可以不加,根据个人口味
