Position: Java Developer
Job Duties:
Responsible for analysis, design, programming, testing and implementation for new and existing business application software, Provide production support for systems with medium complexity.
Skills/Qualifications:
Required: Java, JSP, J2EE, Java Struts Framework, Java servlet, XML, CSS, JavaScript.
Database: Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle database, MySQL database
Web Server: Apache web server, Weblogic, Tomcat
IDE: Eclipse
Nice to have:
GIS: MapGuide, ArcView GIS software
Miscellaneous: knowledge of network, firewall, LDAP are preferred.
Soft skills required:
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Must be capable of working at a broad technical level in all phases of the software development life cycle
• Must be able to apply business knowledge and technical skills to system development
