默认 Spaghetti Sauce Recipe

原料
  • 2磅半牛肉馅 - lean ground beef from Costco,大概一半
  • 1个洋葱,切碎
  • 3-4瓣蒜,切碎
  • 2片 bay leaves
  • 1小勺dried basil
  • 磨碎的黑胡椒,无所谓多少
  • 其他调味品,也无所谓,我们有时加点花椒面,有时加点韩国辣椒面等
  • 海盐
  • 4-5个西红柿,切小块
  • 1大瓶西红柿酱,也是Costco的,1.18L装,见图

做法
  1. 锅里加橄榄油,把洋葱,蒜炒出香味,然后下肉馅,加调料。出香味后再加西红柿酱和西红柿。
  2. 搅拌均匀后中火烧到起泡,然后转小火炖大约1.5小时就好了
  3. 每次吃之前把野山菌泡软,切碎后炒熟拌入spaghetti酱里,这样味道更鲜美。如果象我们一样懒的一次性加进去也无所谓。

这个酱可以配很多种pasta,盖浇饭,也可以把牛肉馅搓成肉丸做成spaghetti meatball,夹法棍吃才香呢。
