默认 Traveling restriction question

Did any one travel inside Canada recently? I am booking flights from AB to BC and there is restriction shown:
"Travelers departing from Canadian airports, rail, and passengers vessels in voyages of 24 hours or more need to be fully vaccinated in order to board. Fully vaccinated travelers must have received a full course of vaccination with an accepted vaccine. Travelers must print, complete, and carry the indicated attestation form with them."

If my flying time is less than 24hrs, there is no above restriction. Is my understanding correct? In addition, do I need to present the vaccination proof on boarding?

Thanks!
