房租报税的时候,UTILITY, PROPERTY TAX, MORTGAGE INTEREST,房屋维护费用...等等所有这些费用你只能报51%自用, 49%房客用. 否则将来卖房算投资房.
不是很明白,卖房时是按照盈利的比例来算税吧!
