冬天不想出门爱瞌睡,你一说偶就想起床垫。


是啊,看到不少人卷起来背着出门,很方便。之前看到的那个NIKE就薄到就2-3mm。要是在家练的话,感觉床垫也挺够厚的,估计也能凑合吧。
那种超薄的,还不是卷起来的,就是折成四方塞包里的,跟毛巾一样了。说道厚薄,其实我在硬地板上面也能练。把接触硬面部位的肌肉全部收紧,以保护脊椎等关节和骨骼。当然初学者是不用这样的,选一床自己认为舒适的瑜伽垫就可以了
