我感觉肘膝更难松开。
我还没有走到那么远。目前只是松腰胯圆裆定腿,扎根走圈,腰以上部位只是随腰胯运动。先打好结构体的基础再说,其他的走一步看一步,这个太极拳“有排”练的,慢慢来吧,反正这辈子就跟它耗上了。
