默认

白面包当然是酸性的,但essene bread类的就是碱性的,还有荞麦面、燕麦面、青稞面做成的面包或面食就是碱性的。
同样的精白大米是中/弱酸性的,但玉米(不甜)、高粱米、薏仁米却可以是弱碱性的。


普通米面应该是酸的
其他那些应该算谷类,多数谷类是jian的

其实茶是很jian的
