很有意思。张老师所用松攻竟然和我以前教学太极的第一个动作一样,最近刚听说有一项研究表明慢对忧郁症有治疗作用。 我练习太极多年,感觉应该说松静也许才是根本,慢只是方法。
确是如此,慢是达到松静的方法。松静不容易掌握,但慢比较具体,容易入手些。这种抑郁表现多是因为压力过大引起的,所以用这种方法。
