默认 上海糯米烧卖

烧卖皮配方: 面粉和淀粉比例是7:1, 加入170F度的热水(跟饺子皮一样软硬就行了)。擀成跟店里买来的饺子皮大小。

这次用的料是: 糯米,香菇,木耳,黄花, sweet pea。

糯米直接拿电饭锅煮熟,然后把糯米饭和其它的料一起用油,酱油,香油炒一下 (糖可加可不加),等凉了包成烧卖, 然后上笼屉蒸8到10分钟。

蒸完后冻起来,想吃了拿出来再蒸一下就可以了。
