默认 不一定要用于首付

实际上,当你在closing date之后30天内才取出来,已经赶不上首付了。

假如你有时间(存满90天)在closing date之前办手续取出,估计你是作为首期的了。

但是实际上,只要你出示购房的合同,就可以填一张Home Buyers Plan的表, 申请把款提出, 银行按你的要求入你的账户或给你支票(与律师无关)。理论上这笔款你拿来干什么都可以。

所谓RRSP作首付的说法,只是大多数人的比较自然的做法而己,但是按规定并非是一定要这么做。
