再次感叹美国车和日本车质量的差别是制度的必然。

美国人工贵,而且在工会保护下,人浮于事。如果不能将确实表现不好的员工开除,何谈提高产品的质量,和日本车竞争?

无可否认,类似车型,美国车实际上卖的比日本车便宜。车卖的便宜,人工成本贵。在加上量产规模小,部件采购价格相对就高。这样美国车厂如何盈利?当然他们会在设计的时候,部件采购的时候,在生产环节,质量控制环节中尽量降低成本。这样生产出来的车如果质量能超过日本车(主要是二田),岂不是天方夜谭?
