这个bonus也不是那么好拿的.想想房东的水电气,广告费,地税和为出租房屋额外的劳务成本和劳心成本, 压价出租的空间不是很大呀.
股票市场有个名词,叫“不计成本的杀跌“。出租的价格不仅仅是成本,更是抗风险的能力和心理恐惧大小决定的。
