I suggest you be more proactive during the interview. You should ask about company culture , details of the job, then you sell your strength based on what you heard from the employers. Do not feel frustrated, job market is very strong. I got a quite few calls from headhunter lately. It 's just matter of time you get your job.

Last, please show confidence during the interview. Confidence attracts future employers.
