你理解错了，SU在安省与蒙特利尔的炼厂目前用的都是常规轻油，没有处理油砂油的装置。Line3与5运去的也是加拿大的“常规油”而不是油砂油（SU自己只有油砂油）。
SU曾计划花20亿给蒙特利尔炼厂加装处理油砂油的装置，去年四季度又否决了（反复几次了）。
Portland管线是东部的运送海洋石油管线，SU说的意思是它蒙特利尔炼厂有选择海油与美国油及加拿大轻油的多项选择，有灵活性。目前美国向加拿大东部出口轻油约40多万桶/天。
