目前我只练了太极,没专门练过什么内功,大概是因为是基础,经文也能明白个一二。

恕我愚钝,经里的呼吸指的是顺腹式、口呼吸?

这个呼吸应该很重要吧,逆腹式呼吸才对吧,这是根本源头啊,不然哪来的肋开张、身形周正、和内里周而复始的循环?

要不就是这个内功经就只是意念的修炼?那干嘛还要提到--练步、出劲?

咱外行,不懂,别见怪。
