Palantir不是IPO，DPO不需要遵守禁售期，但是P家老大是圈钱高手，他和所有前/现 有股员工&投资者签了内部协议，要求明年开年后 才能卖80%

PLTR的禁售期是自愿的，就像你说的那样。
但贝拉对这句话的理解有误：“the lock-up period, which is expected to continue until the start of the third trading day following the date of public disclosure of Palantir’s financial results for the year ending December 31, 2020 (the “lock-up period")”。应该是公布2020年报后的第三天，我估计最早也得在明年四月份。
