I just be back from those two city. If for tulip, looks like a little bit late. If you want, you can stay at "breakfast and bed at the Bay", this is a small B&B. There are oven, microwave, refrigerator and bed. CAD55+12% per day. tel: 613-230-3333. It's in the Bay street in Ottawa downtown. You can walk to Parliament Hill, in there you can go to info center and get some maps. For tulip, you can take a shuttle CAD2.5 per day. Kingston only to take a cruise around 1000 islands.
