默认 Zero lot line house

问个事:

看上一个房子, 小户型: 一侧外墙修在lot边界上, 另一侧倒是与另一个邻居有3米左右距离。这意味着平时保养一侧地基必须进入邻居的院子。

请问这个问题大吗,搞不懂为么事builder不把lot边界挪动1.5米呢?

连屋吧。就是BASEMENT是2家挖出来一个整体空间的,地面上是2独立屋。以前看过这种房子。
Linked houses are "row-houses" or a "semi-detached houses" that are linked structurally only in their foundations. Above ground, these houses appear to be detached houses. Linking up their foundations cuts the cost of constructing them.

不是不是, 我们这疙瘩木有basement, 就是一面墙给人当fence的一部分, 见图

每户修fence只需修如图链接garage虚线部分, 加上到一个邻居一面墙的fence。

麻烦就是每户维护一边地基就麻烦,遇到歹人长期过量灌水更是头疼。 看房真的真的很烦很烦。

才看房,怕麻烦不要这个就是了。买间大点的,2边都要有足够的空间。

这疙瘩土质极差。 干了不行湿了也不行。必须不干不湿才行。去年大旱,房子没经验的话,地基全裂了,房子到处裂缝。

去年看新闻不理解,今年看房,10房9裂,触目惊心啊

这种房型我是一定不买的。维护太麻烦,比如你要给那侧的窗户油漆,摸腻子什么的,都要得到人家的允许才能做。
你考虑的问题别人也会考虑,等你卖房子的时候,就会体会到了。

也这么想。但是真的很难找到10 全10美的房子。经常看房,令人崩溃。又找到一个中规中矩的房子,都好,就是在一个不大不小的马路边第二户。 准备从了。不然两口子带娃都要疯掉了
