Wondering A Interview Question

Just came back from US for an Interview, and went very well and I thought I could get the job without any problem. The ad was put on Monster two months ago, they may not find someone because the needed a lot of background. They asked me to their company very quickly after two phone conversation, and the Senior Director said the guyes interviewing me were glad to work with me later and I had the background they needed. But The job ad came out again in the same day. I think they should put the ad after they check my references in next Monday (Interview was on last Friday).

I fill some forms, something like SIN, ... I am wondering whether they can check my work history in Canada and US. In my resume I did not include a company where I just work a few weeks. This is the problem?

Add something.

Interview is on Last Friday (11 Aug), and the ad come out again at 11 Aug. And the HR said they needed at least one reference in US or Canada, but said they needed 3 or 4 references when I left the company, just around 2 hours later. They can check something with my SIN in such a short time ????

有些时候他们比中国人还虚伪, 或者叫礼貌, 客气, 他们说GOOD, VERY GOOD, 并不表示对你很满意, 不过是客气而已; 从他们有登广告看, 他们对你不是那么满意; 往往我们自己去INERVIEW的时候, 感觉都是很好, 可是最后没有得当JOB, 还不知道为什么; 因为老外不会说你错的, 即使你回答错了, 他们也说GOOD, VERY GOOD, LIKE TO WORK WITH YOU; 即使他们并不满意, 也要充满热情地把INTERVIEW进行完, 因为他们人为是礼貌; 跟我们中国人不一样, 在中国, 如果别人对你不满意, 从态度和语气都能感觉到; 也可能是文化和语言的问题, 也许他们自己能感觉到;

都是我瞎猜, 别担心, 也许他们还需要更多的人;

另外, 他们没有你的许可是不可以查你的REFERENCE的, 所以不用担心短期的工作没有写上去; 而且一般都要求四个REFERENCES的; 他们也不可以用你的SIN去查什么, 他们没有这个权利, 是违法的; 如果你觉得不好的经历就不写上去, 觉得好的就写上去; 他们只能按照你写的去查, 只能问你提供的人, 不能随便为别人的, 是违法的;

USUALLY A COMPANY WILL PAY FOR THE HIRING POSTING AT LEAST THREE DAYS OR ONE WEEK. THE POSTING CAME OUT AUTOMATICALLY. DON'T WORRY. THE JOB WILL BE YOURS.

安慰一下,没事的,让你去美国面世,你已有7成把握,面世成功,要referance再加两成,剩下一成就是推荐信了,只要没意外,应该成功了.多要推荐信,也是为了慎重.当初我的公司要了我6个referance,历时1.5个月,在此其间,monster的AD不断renew,上班后一段时间才消失.

Another thing,

In Canada, I worked for two company. The first one was Labor, so I did not wrote in my Resume. I can personly ask my recent design supervisor to work as one reference. How about other two refernces? If I ask one guy as reference in my first company, I did not wrote that experience in my Resume. Then How can I do it? Whether HR ask you did not include that experience?

If need 3 References, How Can I get them? How your guys get 4 reference, because the HR need work reference, even the supervisor in study is not qualified.

The number of references is negotiable, which means it really depends on how well your first two reference checks go. If they're satisfied with your first two reference checks, I don't think they'll bother checking the third one if you can not provide 3 references.

我的情况是这样的,对方并没有限定referance的总数,是根据你简历上的经历来要求的,我简历上有四家公司,三家在canada,一家在国内,要求每个公司一个(supervisor级),另外再加三个不能与之重复,另外他们会专门问你是否可以联系你当前工作的公司.我的情况有点特殊,可以全开放,而且后三个都是经理级,除了国内的哥们,事先一个个打招呼,事后再一个个去问,对方很仔细,除了国内,三个公司都联系了,最后check了4个.为了找到其中一个有几个办公地点的,花了三,四个星期.
楼上说的很对,把头两个搞定了,再给他凑两国内的.千万别找简历上没有的公司.

请问如果用人单位可以不可以按我简历上写上的公司来打电话或发邮件去查，但找别的人而不是找我提供的REFERENCE的人呢？

一般不会.找人背调需事先佂得对方同意.

Usually how long the company will check the background ? I send my references to the company 15th this month, several days pass, my references still do not receive call or email? Any problem?

What the company check with my SIN number? which company worked? how long?
why left, whether working right now?....

The company cut my hair for drug test?, you have this thing?

If not sucess, how about calling the HR to ask what are the problems? How about calling HR to ask the process?

公司给你ORAL OFFER了吗?不过让你做DRUG TEST了,应该没问题,查你的HAIR是看你吸不吸毒.
就算是拒你了,你去问REASON也没用,因为她们会用官话回复你,说出真实的原因.他怕你会用这点去起诉他们.
