默认 怎么办,失眠两天了

白天都不睡的,到了深夜也觉得困倦,但是上了床就没有睡意了,周日晚上是第二天凌晨3点多还跑到客厅待着,周一晚上是第二天凌晨4点还跑到客厅待着.今天周二,已经感觉非常不舒服了,身体很累,可还是睡不着,心脏已经能感觉到虚弱了,若是今晚还失眠,明天可能就爬不起来了.
怎么回事呢,最近没有大事发生,没有功课要做,要不要找家庭医生,开些安眠葯呢.

从水里,我爬到树上,看到的不同以往;我想,飞吧,从此这无尽的世界,任我翱翔!

我有过,什么办法都没用。躲避彻底换环境、或解决面临的问题,两者必居其一。

有时,你自己可能都不知道为什么。。。找朋友(异性的)、父母交谈是最管用的。

睡眠不好,第二天上班会比较难过的,如果常这样,找中医看看调调吧,久了身体会受不了的.

无所谓的事,不必介意。

不知道你的身体素质如何,睡眠无比重要,有的时候越失眠,越强迫自己睡,可是越睡不着,这对身体的危害很大。

所以,觉得最好的选择是:找医生,吃一粒药,然后放下一切事情,不管天塌地陷,闷头大睡。

以后的调养,我觉得积木兄一定经验丰富,可以问问他。

失眠的危害远远大于安眠药的危害,只要不依赖安眠药,就不必过分担心。现在的药进步很多,没什么事。

不知道好没好呢,要看今晚,从现在这么清醒的状态来看,可能是生物钟乱掉了.
原本打算今天去GYM的,但是起床后非常不舒服,就没敢去,也没力气去了,多谢你的建议,以后一定常去运动.

身体还蛮好的,以前都是睡的饱饱的,突然受到失眠困扰..
失眠对身体伤害确实很大,现在脸色很菜,很恐怖..如果今天还是这样的,明天就去买药吃.
积木对养生应该是很有心得的,不过要是告诉我站桩管用的话我就不问他了
