最近在准备工作经验评估资料 (到了LEVEL 4,每年都要交一次。我今年是第一次准备)。在准备以下资料 “Achievement of a professional level of competency”时,如果举得例子不是当前工作的公司,请问一定要找回原单位弄一份official job description 吗? 我想列举一个在国内公司的库存经验,不知道库存管理经验是否对评估有大帮助。另外,不太肯定OFFICIAL 的意思,是否应该重新整理原来的JOB DESCRIPTION然后要经理签名。请知道的大侠指点一下。谢了。 以下是原话: B. Achievement of a professional level of competency will normally include experiences that have provided you the opportunities to: 1) Demonstrate a high level of professional and technical competence within the workplace; such that you can identify critical business issues, apply professional judgment, evaluate feasible alternatives to solving business problems and recommend probable courses of action; 2)Work at progressively higher levels of responsibilities with increased accountability, independence of action, problem solving and decision making; and, 3) Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communicative, and leadership skills. If applicable, clearly and concisely describe examples of major duties you perform or projects you have completed that demonstrate any or all of these professional experiences. In addition to completing this part, please staple an official job description to this page of the questionnaire. |

从原文来看,没有说你必须给achievements during current employmnent. 不过如果你举的是以前国内的工作经验,你需要附那个position的official job descriptions,至于supervisor签名,偶个人理解不是necessary。 至于cga-related的问题,就回答不了啦,希望其他有经验的高人指点喽。 |
