默认 要是被无理FIRE了, 该怎么办?

我的VP粗暴无理,几次跟他发生争执摩擦,为了年假, 忍气吞声, 在公司工作快一年了,中间涨了一次工资. 他怀恨在心,找各种借口说我不行,要把我FIRE了.
我想问大家一下, 这种情况被FIRE了, 到哪里评理. 能否领到EI. 因为我下个月就回国休假了. 我不想在这其间一点收入都没有. 欢迎大家给多出出注意.

同意楼上的。

看楼主的措辞,想不被fire都难。

而且如果真的被fire,多半拿不到ei,除非楼主有足够的证据convince Service Canada雇主的解雇不合理。

好好去下面网站研究一下什么是misconduct八,满足任何一条雇主都可以dimiss你。

默认 怎么我认为大家说的不对

1) 如果被fire了,可以拿到ei。但是在ei期间回国,要去hrdc说明,回国期间ei暂停。
2) 公司fire 你,公司要有一定的赔偿。所以不要轻易quit

I guess you confused layoff and fire, they are different.

I you can avoid do anything really wrong (business code of coduct, labor act, company policy, etc), they cann't simply "fire" you. they probably can layoff you for no reason, you are qualified for EI in this case.
