你看私房里毛毛妈等都放的,上次美丽猫的方子也放,可能这样比单纯的发酵粉发的好吧,不过还是尽量少放化学发酵的东西。

放baking powder包子皮比较松软,面容易发起来,不容易僵掉。我做包子一定放的。北方人做包子不放这个,你要是喜欢吃有嚼劲的馒头包子就不要放这个,喜欢广东上海包子,就放。

没错是泡打粉不是苏打粉!
我做蛋糕的,常用泡打粉和苏打粉!
