默认 非常菜鸟的问题,换变速器油和flush是两回事吗?

每次去换机油的时候车行总是建议做flush

不是一回事,换变速器油一般只是更换fluid pan里面的(占30%~40%),gasket需要重做,有filter的需要把filter也换掉。可是其余torque converter里面的变速器油是换出不来的。Flush的话可以把100%的fluid全换掉。但是15万公里还没换过的就不要flush了,否则会导致问题。另外变速器油如果已经黑了的话,连换也不要换了。

為啥亞,那樣的話不更要抓緊換了。
这是一种比较奇怪的现象。如果已经黑了的话,变速器油已经完全toast了,但是和变速器内部齿轮等硬件达成了一种物理平衡(类似于古墓里面的文物和内部环境的关系),很多残渣和碎屑反而起到了摩擦啮合作用。如果此时更换全部fluid,变速器会立即死掉,至少会slip。所以说trans fluid是要经常更换的,至少3~5万公里换一次。很多高档车的变速器油被厂家成为“life time”的,实际上他们指的是lifetime of the transmission,而不是lifetime of the vehicle。包括奔驰的变速器也是要10万换一次的。

很多人开到15万公里日然没有更换过trans fluid,去换机油的时候有人建议flush,于是便flush了。可是flush之后就出现很多shift问题。这种情况下应该不flush,打开fluid pan清理一下,更换trans filter和fluid pan gasket,然后加满即可。

我的车每3万公里就flush一次,永远是全新的fluid,所以flush不会导致问题。

自己拉出trans dipstick看看,如果还是鲜红的就可以flush。如果yellow/brownish了,最好别flush,换掉drain pan里面的就行了。如果已经黑了的话,god help you...

有drain plug就已经很好了,malibu只能卸下12个螺丝才能换ATF,搞不好就洗了一个淋浴。

And you have to replace the drain pan gasket, which is a pain in the ass.

我快要换 mini 的 tranny oil 了,找了半天该用哪种合适的油,现在基本确定是 Motul PA 90。

On my '03 malibu, there is NOTHING. No dipstick, No plug!!

The only way to check the fluid level is to jack up the car, make it level and then with the engine running, you take off a small plug on the side of the transmission and see if there is any fluid coming out. Keep adding ATF till there is some fluid coming out of that small hole. That means the level is correct. It must be designed by a genius!

To change the fluid, it's like a joke. You will have to take off 12 bolts on the pan and take the pan off before you change the fluid inside. What a joke!
