【求助】家里添丁，岳母移民担保要更新材料吗？

去年递交的申请，今年家里多了个宝宝，不知道应不应该更新家庭信息，现在的收入担保还是没有问题的，就是怕又延长处理时间

还用问吗当然要改了.
换公司被LAY了,生孩子了,地址换了等等都要及时汇报

Do I need to refill the form or just write a letter/note mention about the change?
and which is the file number, the one start C with 9 digits like Cxxxxxxxxx, right?

they mentioned update my information with my file number, The only number I got is the number found in the confirmation letter like CXXXXXXXXX, don't know if this the file number or not. thanks
from status check page, they mentioned the immigrant file number is something like BXXXXXXXXX
