我也赞同你的意见。遇到这个情况,基本上连LZ自己的老板心里也不会很有把握前途如何。老板之所以鼓励LZ不要担心,其实也是为他(她)自己的工作考虑,老板也怕人心惶惶的,人都走了,最后分属他的工作完不成。而且老板也分很多种类,有一种呢,你提出条件来,人家表面答应,但是在执行的时候会打折扣,比如拖。。。然后悄悄转移你的工作给部门内部,或者偷偷到外面物色合适人选。一旦老板觉得你无足轻重了,你就离走不远了。我个人从来不赞成拿一个offer要挟老板。那样做的一开始,你和老板就已经失去互信了,以后的日子,老板肯定会给你逐渐穿小鞋的。所以,要么留下来,物色更好的机会,要么就干脆走人,不要有任何犹豫和留恋。拖泥带水只能坏大事的。 |

usually while the company is being merged, not just salary raise/promotion will be put on break, so does the head account. basically nothing will be happening until all resources are consolidated. it's definitely a bad timing to talk about salary raise because your boss can't make any promise. don't ever trust your boss 100%, no matter how he's trying to paint a better picture, you should always stay awake about what's going on in the company. in the end, it comes down to the offer you are holding now is good enough so you can use it as the negotiation chip. if not, let it go, wait until you get better one. 2 hours commute without traffic, to me it's big NO NO, i won't even think about it. good luck Cherry. |

well. I really do not count on my boss for what he promised me. That is why I start hunting for new opportunities outside. I are not sure how long the corporation transition period will be... I am a bit impatient to wait. The offer is not attractive enough for me to leave. I will stay and keep my eyes open

重组的时候是比较烦心的事情。 我们公司刚开始重组的时候,direcotor说,don't jump off too quick,应该还是有不少职位,他自己也是非常没底。 有的人一早就跳槽了。 现在绝大部分人还是安然无恙,变化不大。最郁闷的就是一个一早就在新公司架构找到职位的前同事,大家当初还羡慕他,安全了。结果如今薪资改革,评估他的职位不该拿那么多钱,职位降了一级,薪水一下子给red mark了。前几天加薪,又没有他的份,估计郁闷死了。 |
