Unhappy BESTBUY网上购物新进展!

本人去年12月在BESTBUY网上购物,不想今年ORDER被取消.打电话发EMAIL查询没什么消息,今天突然收到一邮件,如下. 我感觉被FUTURESHOP骗了似的.从BESTBUY买东西要我上FUTURESHOP网站干吗?可发件地址确实来自BESTBUY. 奇怪!!!! 有大侠能解释清楚吗?

Dear XXXXXX:

Your order was cancelled as we had an expiry date of 12/2004 for your
credit card. We tried to authorize your card twice in December when the
expiry was still valid. We were declined both times. The card was tried
again in the new year but as the date was not current the order was
cancelled. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have cause for you.

Please be advised that the credit card that you provided on this order
has expired. In order for us to process your order, we require a
credit card with a valid expiration date. Please read the steps below which
will assist you in updating your current credit card information:

1) Log onto FutureShop.ca using your email address and password.

2) Click on My Orders, which you will find in the upper right corner of
our home page.

3) Click on your order number.

4) Choose the Change Billing Information option and fill in the
required fields.

5) Click on Submit Modification and your account is updated.

If you require any assistance, we may be contacted 24 hours a day 7
days a week at 1-800-663-2275 or by email at websupportcan@futureshop.com.
Please select option 2 for Future Shop Web Support.

Please update this information within 4 calendar days. If no response
is received, we will cancel your order.

我按照电话打过去问了,FUTURESHOP为BESTBUY提供CUSTOMER SERVICE.!!!他们让我重新订购,然后按以前的价格给我打折. 看来客户服务做的够好! 等我收到东西再告诉大家!

你填的信用卡资料有问题? 看来不是商家的问题。 他们不能从你的信用卡扣钱,当然不给你发货吧。

楼主是否住公寓之类的不是独立屋的房子?如果是的话,是不是BILLING地址的格式填的不一样.一定要按信用卡帐单上的格式.检查一下是123-2345 XXX ST. 还是2345 XXX ST. APT 123.

the address is ok, but they said my credit card expired in Dec. 2004. actually, it's not that case. the expired date is Oct. 2007

他们说的按原来价格买指的是先按新价格下单,从我的信用卡扣钱,SHIP出来后再把差价返回到我的帐号.这一切都是电话中说的,我让他们发一个EMAIL作为证据,他们不干. 看来只好先这么着,如果他们不退差价,到时候我再退货,就是送一趟货吧. 怎么感觉这么费劲呢?

futureshop 上买东西还是比较放心的
因为bestbuy买了futureshop,所以futureshop 后台支撑就是bestbuy在做

如果连futurehsop上都不敢买东西,那估计其他的网站你更不敢买了
