移民 where to land?

My parents are visiting Calgary right now and waiting for the Permanent Resident visa. Just wondering if they get their visa, where can they enter Canada/Calgary as PR if they don't want to go back to China? Is there a custom near the Calgary border between Canada and U.S.A so that they can enter Canada via U.S.A?

Do they need American visa to do the border crossing? Anyone has any experience on this? Much appreciated!

最好问CIC找离你家最近的可以办理登陆手续的移民局，其实机场的移民局是可以办理的，可能不会接待那些不是飞机来的。多伦多市区55号那个移民局就可以办理登陆手续，但要预约，你可以试试找你当地的。

离CALGARY最近的是CARWAY，或者你可以选择就在CALGARY登陆，不用去边境的，但是这个要等比较长的时间。还是去边境方便，如果去登陆，你父母不需要美签，边境的人知道怎么做。

carway，就当去waterton玩了。2，3个小时就到了，如果没人排队，半小时全搞定

2号公路，deerfoot一直往南，不用网站不用预约，来回加玩一天足够了

前些年很多拿工作签证的人拿到VISA后都是去WATERTON哪个口岸登陆的很方便。
另外，你是在这边改过地址吗？VISA直接寄到CALGARY来？

Yes, we changed to the calgary address. The visa was sent to Calgary home.
