不法份子会在一般人上网时趁机占用他们的电话线，但事主却毫不知情，直到他们收到电话费账单，他们才发现自己的解调器被用来打越洋电话。然而，加拿大贝尔(Bell Canada)却坚持要这些无辜的事主缴付长途电话费。因此，这些顾客决定向贝尔提出集体诉讼案。

不开通bell长途话务，应该不会有这个担心吧？
还是挺奇怪的，怎么叫modem被劫持？

These people viewed porn sites and got their computer hajacked. And programs dial out to Carribean or African countries when idling...

想"不开通bell长途话务", 要打电话给贝尔取消长途话务; 而不是"不开通"就行了.

They are suck. If you want to cancel long distance call, you have to cancel the long distance call within Canada togethere. If you want to reactive, you have to pay for it.
