请问，humber附近安全吗？north campus

我想搬家到humber 附近，今天去附近转了下，看到了几个apartment，但是感觉黑人比较多，所以想问下，哪个地方安全吗？谢谢

lots of shooting. i use to live in apt. near Martingrove/albion (while my wife studied at humber), you know the church that a shooting on the funeral.

唉，那怎么办，老公要来了，打算车给他用，humber附近就是黑人与印度人的居住区，怎么搬都是在他们的范围内，所以想找个最近学校的。否则如果要2个人开车就太麻烦了。现在多伦多治安越来越差了，大白天央街上都会有人打枪，感觉保险在这边很重要......

对拉，2楼的朋友，我想问问，我们交的学费里面，有没有强制我们买的保险？我交钱比较晚，所以没有拿到welcome package

周围环境这么糟糕呀？我还想9月搬过去呢，前提是我老公去那儿上学。
不过，听说那个学校挺不容易进的，是吗？楼上的都拿到offer了？
是要考作文的吧，还有什么？有经验的能谈谈吗？

A shooting in 2004 from CP 24

They took place kilometres apart C but they’re related by blood. Toronto Homicide detectives have two new cases on their hands after a violent night in the city.

It began around 8:30pm Tuesday night, when police were called to 30 Humberline Drive in the 427 and Finch area. That’s where they discovered the body of a man who’d been shot in the parking lot of an apartment building. He was rushed to Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, but died of his injuries.

Two people were seen speeding away from the area in a white Toyota, but investigators don't know if they're suspects or witnesses. But they're sure at least one man had a bird's eye view of the killing.

“It was a male person on a bicycle, approximately 20 to 30 feet away from where this incident occurred,” explains Staff Insp. Jeff McGuire. “It would be an incident that would be impossible not to have some information on to be that close.”

Police believe they know who the 32-year-old victim is, but his name is being withheld until next of kin are notified.

Just hours later, detectives were back in action, this time heading to Northwood Park near Sheppard and Keele. The body of a badly beaten 32-year-old man was discovered in the deserted darkness, lying face down beside a white van.

Witnesses saw the vehicle around 10:30pm, but cops aren’t sure when the murder happened or what motivated the killing. They’re asking for witnesses in this case, too.

“If you saw something, don't close your blinds, don't turn the other way, it's imperative that you get in touch with us,” McGuire pleads. “Contact us so we can … bring these people that are responsible for this most recent killing to justice.”

An autopsy is scheduled for Thursday to determine the cause of death. The murders were the 45th and 46th of the year in Toronto.
