New to the FTA. Trying to update the bin but I think pushed the button too early. Now my receiver is stuck on boot and my computer can't communicate with the receiver. Any help is appriciated. Thanks.

My reveiver is digiwave 7000.

i used bluewhale's jkeys.def, and go through his instruction step by step. the processor ID and device can be correctly detected, but there is always IRD reading error when you click the detect button.
I checked the old post in chinasmile and someone had the same experience as mine, as he suggested, it was still the cable's problem. but I've double checked the connection and grounding, everything looks ok. maybe i have to make another jtag cable with buffer.

Check if there two groups of 00 and 01 key on your receiver using 257p. Mine is 256, I found two groups of that 00 01 key when I press the right-left arrow. I firstly changed one group of them, it didn't work until I changed the other with the same key.

This might be the file I used yesterday to refresh the bin and key(as the "read me" document is the same). I just didn't do the second step (Input channel list) as I could not find the "Write User data" button on the menu. There is only one named "Read User data". So I didn't do it.

So should I try the whole process again? What should I do if there is still no "Write User data" to choose from?

1. signal quality is about 60-68 (keep changing), and the color is in grey, i heard it should be in yellow.

2. I was told to check the numbers of each TP and manually input them.

3. still could not figure out where to change "position", no such choice on the menu.

我去al7bar查了查，有人有和我一样的问题。有人说是下载282t3 bin后，有些receiver使用中会改变lnb/tp设置。我按他的建议，先回到factory default setup，再重新装了282t3 bin，power sat scan后就正常了。

如果可以，那么哪里可以买到两进一出的Adpter呢？(我只见过一进两出的，不知是否可以代替)

you must hit the "factory setting" button on menu before and lost all the sat. information.

something called sw21 or sw34. it's a switch. Or DiSCEqC, 4 in 1 out.

I made a new Jtag cable, now Jkeys can accept the IRD I entered and can recognize the flash type 39vf800a. I try read mem and save image, it works. but when I try to erase or program the flash, it give the error: Flash timeout(DQ5 set).

because my machine is a pansat 2500a clone, i have to solder the jtag cable directly to the FPGA. but i check the soldering very carefully, there is no sign of bridge or open.

could you please give me some idea for that? i am so frustrated with this machine

1, 机器连电脑
2, 用GTRom Loader ,download 最新的BIN到机器
3,用channel editor 把聘道内容下载到机器
4, 连LNB, 调天线!

请指教!

Yes, I went to the "Antenna Setup"---change the Sat to ECHO121, the "Universal", the "9750, 10600"( the color change to grey), then the rest are set to "none".

在Antenna Setup里面，Satellite的下拉列表里面有两个Echo121，不要用第一个，用第二个Echo121才对。不过也还是缺少湖南卫士的TP，可去Lygnsat上找，手工添加。

再不行，试试把22Khz打开到ON。

总之Signal Strength必须是黄色条，数值稳定在60以上才能看。

另：Universal LO: 9750/10600，通过22Khz信号来选择是用9750还是10600。
Linear LO: 10750，22Khz信号没用，因其LO是固定的。
不要混淆。
