2，冷冻箱一般是40'为多，运输是直接从起运港到多伦多，船在温哥华卸柜，加拿大内陆部分是船公司安排的铁路直转，商家在订船的时候只要制定起运港和目的港就行。费用从天津到多伦多大概USD5500.冻柜温度自己要设定。

查了一下，我用的加拿大的HS编码是：12119090 压碎或成粉状药用草本植物

一般要求：
Canadian Food Inspection Agency, Plant Health Division in accordance with policy D-98-08 and the international standards for WPM (ISPM#15) requires that all wood packaging materials including dunnage, pallets or crating made from non manufactured wood entering Canada from all areas except the Continental United States must be officially treated by one of the methods specified in the regulation. A logo or mark, officially endorsed by National Plant Protection Organization (NPPO) of the country from which the wood packaging materials originates must be permanently affixed to each unit of wood packaging materials. A Phytosanitary certificate may be used in lieu of logo or mark as prescribed above. Shipments 监管机构：found to contain wood packaging that do not meet Canadian import requirements will be ordered removed from Canada and are the responsibility of the importer or person in care and control of the regulated articles.

我从中国进口工艺品到加拿大。 现在联系到一家美国的商店， 要我少量的商品， 因为那家店规模不大， 一般不直接做进口。我从加拿大货运过去， 在美国边境我是否要替那家商店付缴关税？怎么操作？ 那么这部分商品从中国进口到加拿大时所缴的关税可以退回吗？不然相当于缴了两次关税， 显然不合理。但我又不是整柜进口再整柜出口的，只有几箱再出口到美国，那么这部分关税怎么处理呢？

加拿大这边的加工工厂联系好了，但是我不想让他们了解太多的中国方面的情况，因为价格的差别，我想保护我的货源信息。为此，我只好自己作进口商，然后再卖给他，是不是只有我自己处理报关海运进口等所有相关事情？另外，在其中我还需要注意些什么？包括海关的，政府的各种事情？
