觉得不合算。14块的月费,甚至不能解决省下来的利息。更何况现在close mortgage能做p-0.9.仔细算算吧

既然每个银行都有这种形式的一次评估贷款, 为何转银行要转2次呢? 重新评估一次不就行了吗?
转银行的时候要看转入的银行,如果他肯给优惠你,免你一部分的手续费(两份贷款实际是两份律师费,两份评估费),那就是相当于收一份的钱。如果是抢客户,银行会给优惠,但是现在这么多人需要贷款买房,未必肯给。

ReadiLine 是 Mortgage. M-One 不是。
M-One跟ReadiLine是一个样的,ReadiLine不是纯粹的Mortgage,是Motgage和HLOC的结合,以前都讨论过很多次了。

M-One多年前就有了,也不是现在才有的,08年买房时也看过这个产品。

所以说,看个人的情况论好坏。而且同类产品多,可以多比较。

好不好, 一切都要基于数字和计算来说的, P+0.5是M-ONE的利率? 那M-ONE就不能算好, 一般般吧.

几个大银行, 上面有人说的BMO REDLINE, 还有RBC HOMELINE, SCOTIA TOTAL EQUITY等等, 这些产品都比这个M-ONE要好, 它们的特点是再总贷...

2.和3.弄错了吧。CREDIT LINE来自你已BUILD的EQUITY,怎么能还是从贷的那30万里来呢?
Gogogo例子里面,是一种贷款组合. 其中的Credit Line的额度就是来自30万的贷款. 你自己还的越多,可用的Credit就越多. 而银行给你的贷款总额却不变. 这种方式确实比单一的Morgage好多了. 但是还款方式肯定没有随用随还的Manu-ONE灵活和方便.理由前面已经说过了. 只有若干年后,当你的贷款全部还完后.这种Credit line就和Manu-ONE类似了.

14块的月费可以省你随时多还的本金的利息(比如5万,10万,20万等).你自己可以估算是不是合算. 当然,如果你没有流动资金多还款的话,还是用传统的Mortage保险. 因个人情况不同而定.

谢谢你的链接. Canadian Tire One-and-Only Account似乎连$14元的月费都不用了. 确实同类产品不少. 就是要根据个人还款和用款的情况来定.

fully open mortgage也能做到P + 0.5. manulife的网点少,chequing account麻烦,没有什么好处。
