通常卖房经济会支付 2%的佣金给买房经济,楼主想绕过买房经纪。从卖房经济哪里拿2%的佣金。 据此推断,楼主应该没有拿到地产经济的牌照。 第一在安省,没有牌照参与地产市场交易是违法的。 第二,对方支付佣金的时候,只能以现金计算,不能打税, 简单地说, 30W的房子, 6000钱手续费。但是应为不能申报成本,相当于卖房经济支出了12000元,他亏定了。 第三,好的经济一年能挣10W-20W, 如果被查出违规,牌照被吊销,等于工作都没了。风险和收益不成正比。 估计只有私售的房主才会联系楼主。可怜他们没几个上网的,上网也看不到这个贴 |

In U.S., There are a handful of Chinese Realtors (Buying Agent) asking for only 1% - 1.5% and return the remaining amount (%1.5-2%) to buyers. Those agents will assume less responsibility. LZ's is trying to do the right thing. Don't forget the fact which is average House price in U.S. is much cheaper than in Toronto. Why not give a try here? Obviously, you need to know well what you want and do a lot of DIY research. |
