Do you know where else in Toronto we might get the indoor sensor?

关于电脑用的ATSC TUNER卡，最好的应该是FusionHDTV5系列，我用的是AVerMedia的A180，是在TIGER买的，也很不错。这方面讨论比较多的网站是

this sucks , I guess I will try to play with ATI HDTV Wonder which includes an antenna also .

Under Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005, there are specific hardware and software requirements to enable the AVerTVHD MCE A180 as a separate Digital TV Tuner device for Media Center:

A supported DirectX 9.0 compliant graphics adapter is pre-installed
Users will need to have an analog TV tuner card (like UltraTV 1500 MCE, AVerTV PVR 150 or AVerMedia M150) pre-installed in the system in order to get AVerTVHD MCE A180 to work properly in Windows® XP Media Center Edition 2005

是的，有些卡如A180，如果要在MCE上使用（指它的多媒体界面、遥控器等），需要有另一块MCE认证的卡才行。真可笑，我就不用MCE。
我觉得最好用的就是WATCHHDTV，占用资源少启动快，唯一就是没有字幕。

好象A180官方说,只用于WINDOWS MEDIA CENTER .

A180可以用在XP，没问题，它本身也提供了XP的应用程序。
ATI是最早推出HDTV卡的，我没用过，不过从avsforum论坛上看，它的问题不少，其实116不少了，有这钱差不多可以买DVICO FusionHDTV 5 RT Lite (ATSC TV tuner) + FREE Antenna

看TIGERDIRECT网站上的用户Reviews，貌似不太好安装啊。

另外ATI的网站上说：

我觉得ATI的意思主要还是指技术支持。其实不仅是ATI，就连微软也一样，MCE上扫描HDTV频道，如果你的系统设置是加拿大，就不能扫描，要通过修改某个地方才行。A180提供的软件也是一样，我要把所在地设成美国才能扫描。

可能很多人的条件装不上dish，不是钱的原因。
当然还是首选烧锅啦投资一样的话。

再问一个问题：
在PC上装上ATI HDTV WONDER 后，可以收看一般的收费的HDTV节目吗？如：Rogers Digital Theme Packages (Raptors NBA TV, Fox Sportsworld Canada, ESPN Classic Canada等）？

如不能，还是租个Rogers Digital Box 算了。

收费的HDTV肯定不行, ATI只能用于空中的免费信号, CABLE/DISH的都不行.

Anaconda 讲的那个103 卡, 不知道是什么.
