团聚【求助】担保父母团聚移民要求补充材料，着急。

2005年10月27日递交担保人资格申请，现在收到信要求补充材料。我是担保人，先生是副担保人。现在要求先生提交2004/2005 T1 General. T1 General 不是报税时填的表吗?都提交给税务局了，自己怎么会有呢? 另外，还要我们的T4，先生2004年的T4找不到了，该怎么办，工资单也没剩几张。难道Option C-Printout还不够吗?

有经验的朋友请帮助帮助我们。毕竟等了两年多了。

谢谢。但是这些工资单还有T4/T5, G1 General 是Option C-Printout之外另外要求的。很困惑，Option C-printout上说的不就是T4那回事吗? 我先生工资单没保留，问题大吗?会因此据我们吗?

I sent c-printout 2004,2005 and a letter which explained how much I got in 2006 last year and got appoved.
I think T4/T5 , G1 General should match c-printout. They are same thing.
If you are not sure whether c-printout works or desn't, phone cic to ask.

the letter want me to sent c-printouts 2004/2005, and the IMM(1283) form.
i have got the c-printouts 2004/2005 paper now.
but how about the form IMM(1283)??? whith year i have to write in it ? 2006' income? why didnot the cic want me to sent the c-printouts 2006?

I assume if they asked for the income evidence for the past 12 months up to your submission, they will evaluate that against the minimum requirement that time. If they want to evaluate against the current bar, they should use our current income evidence. However, I am not asked to submit any update. By the way, what's the minimum income requirement for sponsorship now?

I am not asked to re-submit 1283. But my other material I submitted were also returned to me. They asked me to send it back together with new supplementary documentation. The newly required documentation includes Option C-printout, paystubs, T4/T5, etc. Call CIC to clarify how to re-submit 1283 if you need clarification.

Sorry, I have no idea.
I think they should make a decision depending on 2005 income beacuse you thought you were qualified when you submitted your application and you did not know cic change cut off and process your appication in 2007.

Please check your pm.
I read your letter again and find it does not say IMM 1283 for 2006. I guess you did not hand in IMM1283 before. If this is true, just send it with 2005 income.

I was not asked to send the financial evaluation form. I haven't sent the required documentation to CIC because I'm still waiting for CRA to send me the Option-C printout. I didn't receive the mail from them and I am asking them to send me another copy.

I agree with lazylady. You should submit the financial evaluation form with the info for past 12 months as of the submission of your application. I probably will add a notation in the cover letter, saying the update for the current financial status is available upon request.
