陳警官有專業培訓民事法規的合約法嗎? 私了原來是兩人之間的協議涉及口頭或書面的和解純粹是合同。不過上述的樣板表面看來好像缺乏了兩項重要因素:

1. 兩方沒有聲明意外中沒有任何司機和乘客受傷
2. 沒有聲明這宗意外雙方不會申報保險索償
