2）另有三人牵连在内，俩人当场就说没事离开了，另一位原来有血压高的毛病，被送到医院检查

先不要急，首先通知保险公司，各方面的费用你不用操心，一律由保险公司打理。如果你有全保的话，保险公司会给你一辆租车先开着。

官司的事完全是个人的事，你可以选择打，然后慢慢等待吧。

I told the insurance company, that the accident was in US, bu t did not mention about BUSINESS trip. There is going to be an adjustor from insurance company, who will have discussion with me on Monday.

俺每次去美国都提前跟保险公司打招呼，印象中好像不打招呼万一在美国出了事，保险理赔会有问题。
