13/06/2005 凭我直觉，上海房地产即使不跌，也基本没有大涨的空间了。现在是最后一棒的问题。

明智之举，或许是卖了房子，分批逢低点买入沪深A股。最迟今年底明年春节，可能中股会启动。

从图上看，是2005年12月份启动的。

我的感觉是，上证指数至少会创历史新高。而且还不止。远远不止。如果没有大的动乱，战争，疾病等发生，那这场牛市就是历史罕见的恢宏浩荡，波澜壮阔。其涨幅将是非常惊人，非常出乎一般人预料的。

我对2007的感觉是：

1）暴起暴跌，激烈振荡

2）总体大涨（以指数年收盘计）

3）B股问题解决。

没时间的，买基金不错。中国基金水平整体比国外的强多了，不说2006大牛，单讲2003－2005大熊，整体损失很小。中国人还是聪明。股票型基金我最看好。其中指数型本人感觉好－－看吧，2007年没几个人搞得过指数的。为什么？ 1）股指期货推出后，指数将有滔天巨浪。金融期货，中国曾有个国债期货，被迫停了，因为327。国债期货当时怎么个抄法？疯狂2字远远不够。这次股指期货出来，散户可坐稳了； 2）H股回归，指数想不涨也难，中移动，中石油，etc.

国家股理论上解决了，B股不会遥远。中国外汇储备已经太多为患，B股小市值，兑换不是主要障碍。即使全部换成A股，老外要美元出场（外资在B股里实际比例已经很少，主要是国人在玩），在人民币升值，储满为患的大背景下，这点美元国家也是换得出的。算算B股总市值即可。但我说B股解决，不是鼓励现在去弄B股－－已经涨很多了。即使和A对接，油水也不比以前。

随便一个金融网，个股推荐多的很。不便多谈个股，自己得做功课。我怕误人误己。

股票3两个月谈一次足矣，不必天天谈。否则影响心态。

我对2007的感觉是：

一天指数能跌4％多，而且一周之内不止一天这样。所以1）已经应验。以后，暴跌的日子还多（今年内），特别是股指期货出现以后。

周一2月5号指数探底时，我计划1/3资金短线买进一只航天股。指数稍微一走强，该股或许有涨停。（周一下午外出开会，交易会不很方便）

学到不少。谢谢！我对B股知之甚少，楼主能不能再谈谈B股总体的一些情况，趋势，再次感谢。

周一2月5号指数探底时，我计划1/3资金短线买进一只航天股。指数稍微一走强，该股或许有涨停。

B股真的不便多谈，这个价位，鸡肋鸡肋。即使和A合并，油水也不太吸引人。相对来说，A机会要多些，不是因为A指数低，而是总有好东西待发掘。比如我前面提到的航天股，航天科技今天涨幅居前。

为什么看好它？1）整体上市的预期；2）亏转盈 3）母公司不断增持； 4）TA到位；5）。。。。。

（2600：HK） 中国铝业 最近提价，估计和3月A股IPO有关，所以本人不想动；国内铝，氧化铝产能魙时过剩；所以人为大幅提价，只能令我犹豫和谨慎。

（1800：HK） 中交建设 我个人很喜欢。即使给它17倍市盈率，估值也令人满意。

（1072：HK） 东方电机 我34先出再说。火电产能扩张高峰期或许就要过去，订单不可能这么一直大幅增加；核电水电远水不解近渴，风电中小机组为主，1072使不上力。新加坡GIC增持111.8万股东方电机至6.38% http://finance.sina.com.cn/stock/hks...53329485.shtml ，股价不可能大跌，还有一炒。

LD 我最大的疑问是：已经圈了那么多地，刚刚配股也筹集了很多钱，为什么还不种树？？？

另外一个好东西，刚刚出货，等探底再买回来。价格低于10元。

2月5号，我明确提出看好0031.HK 时，它收盘 0。83元。

今天，它收盘？ 1。55元。16天，包括放假。几乎翻倍。
