怎样让宝宝夜里睡时间长些?
宝宝四个多月了,夜里过了突然醒的次数多了起来,弄得现在每天早上都要睡到10多点才能缓过来。宝宝每天晚上10:30开始睡,以前一觉到早上5点多或6点,现在突然变成了半夜三点后每两个二小时醒一次,请姐妹给出出主意经验,怎样让宝宝睡得更稳些? 以前宝宝一直用毛巾被裹得睡,外面搭一个小被子; 现在因为他大了,怎么也裹不严实了,我想这可以也是他醒的一个原因, |

原来我家毛毛也是,一直是2~3个小时醒一次,自从5个月后开始加辅食后,睡的越来越好了。现在每天是10点睡,4点醒吃次奶,然后就是7~8点再醒吃奶。虽然还是不能睡整个晚上,我还是很知足了。 我总结一是孩子一定要有个有规律的入睡时间,比如几点洗澡,几点上床。然后每天都坚持;二是睡前一餐一定要吃饱;最后一个我猜不一定适合每个宝宝,我家毛毛就怕热,夜里室内温度很低时他往往睡的最踏实。 而且我家毛毛从月子里就没用过襁褓,也睡的挺好。 |

TRY SLEEP TRAINING. Your baby is too young for this type of training though, better wait until he is about 6 months old. As for how to do the sleep training, search the internet and you will find many materials. The most two important things are letting him learn how to sleep by himself and cry out. |
