可以.并且你可以申请child support 和spousal support.根据你老公的年收入来定，他收入越高，你得到的就越多。

说的不对吧,为了孩子的健康发展,当然法官会把孩子判给收入比较高的家长,如果孩子不是特别小的话,没收入的人怎么能抚养好孩子呢,是不是这个道理?

你那是发展中国家的道理，怕的是孩子饿着了冻着了。

加拿大是G8国家，高工资在离婚案件中仅仅意味着高Support

女方要求Court to grant 以下Orders:
- Guardianship of Child;
- Parenting of Child;
- Child Support;
- Spousal/Partner Support.

法庭会根据男方的年收入来定Child Support fee.如果男方年收入是5万，那么one child support amount 是每月$425, two children support amount 是每月$719.

如果男方年收入是10万，那么one child support amount 是每月$880, two children support amount 是每月$1428.

另外女方要准备Budget of Expenses for spousal support,列出你每月的具体开销，这样法庭会要求男方给你合理的spousal support.

男方要向女方提供3年的income tax return, 3 most recent pay stubs, all bank statements, all investments and pension plans, student funding......

(1)ensure the greatest possible protection of the child's physical, psychological and emotional safety.

- the history of care for the child;

- the child's physical and emotional needs;
- the safety of the child and other family and household members;

child support 是通过maintenance enforcement强制实施。如果涉及夫妻共同的房产，女方则需要求法庭grant a Matrimonial Home Possession Order.

看把你吓的。
那个Partner泛指没结婚的同居、common law partner，包括Gay 和Les 的Partner。如果你要离，就赶紧祝愿ex找到下家，这样至少他／她就不能要spousal/ partner support了

那到不是，matrimonial home possession, the court, on application by a spouse, may by order do any one or more of the following:
1. direct that a spouse be given exclusive possession of the matrimonial home;
2. direct that a spouse be evicted from the matrimonial home;
3. restrain a spouse from entering or attending at or near the matrimonial home;

spousal/partner 不是指前妻和她情人, 是指男方的前妻或男方同居3年以上的未婚女友(法律上的AIP或common-law)
