一般来说，产品已经得到了FCC的认证，厂家也会一起做IC(Industry Canada)的认证, 这样可以减少成本.你仔细看看label上面是否有
“IC: XXXXXX-YYYYYYYY” 的字样.
“XXXXXX” is the Company Number (CN), made of at most 6 alphanumeric characters (A-Z, 0-9), assigned by Industry Canada; and
“YYYYYYYY” is the Unique Product Number (UPN), made of at most 8 alphanumeric characters (A-Z, 0-9) assigned by the applicant.

如果没有的话,产品卖到加拿大就要做IC的认证, 这里就可以做,时间约一个月左右(包括拿到证书),价格需要你提供详细的产品信息才能定(Manufactuer, Model number, Specs, Instruction and Description, FCC-ID...).

请问noproblem, 助听器(hearing aid)在北美需要认证吗? 多谢了。

hearing aid在北美涉及FDA得认证。

FDA将hearing aid分为Class I and Class II

Class I for the air-conduction hearing aid. （一般市场上用的是Class I）
Class II for the bone-conduction hearing aid

How's in Canada? same standard as in America?

There is no certain requirement for Hearing Aid in Canada as I know, but the battery of Hearing Aid should be certified by CSA or UL if consider of safety approval which is a voluntary test in North America, same situation in the States.
