Attitude
这位老兄说的太对了, 以下AskTom (著名Oracle技术论坛)的论点如出一辙: http://tkyte.blogspot.com/2006/03/ka...-it-again.html There the discussion was focused on why people are not always permitted to focus on their strengths C here she is talking about how anyone could potentially become expert in almost anything just by working at it. master the basics and keep mastering them, and then incrementally improve (I’m never happy with my last cool SQL solution C always looking for a new, better way to do something) forever --掌握基本知识,并且继续学习基本,逐步积累,你就会在任何行业成为专家,衣食无忧.

Why? A real IT veteran should know the types of IT jobs and their natures instead of asking people what to do when they turn old. Have you thought about the negative effects of your post? It makes IT industry sound like prostitution and IT workers like whores who can only make living when they are young, which is VERY misleading. If you don’t worry about your own job future and if you are a real IT veteran with positive attitude who want to help others you should post something like “IT folks, don’t worry when you turn 40 or 50. Here is my advice …” Obviously your three passports with visa stamps don’t make you one. I promise this is my last post regarding this issue as it’s totally pointless to argue with a grown-up who acts like a whining baby. |

The most important skill set for future, o commonsense o flexibility o willingness to change o excitement about learning new things o not being afraid to say "what I did 5 years ago bears no resemblance to what I do today and hopefully none to what I do one year from" o good communication skills http://asktom.oracle.com/pls/ask/f?p...08789341310381 Some of us need to be pushed to do things we don’t want to (at first), in order to discover we actually like it.
